The secure booking form and the credit card information form both use Verisign Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your personal details remain secure. This process takes the information that you enter and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels directly to our secure server.
Cancellation policy : We do not charge a cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However, once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have booked has different terms and conditions to those stated below. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedence over the policy stated here. If the requested hotel's policies are different, you will be informed in your confirmation email. Please review all cancellation policies that apply, as well as fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation.
If you cancel:
- less than 21 days before arrival date, there is NO cancellation fee.
- less than 14 days before arrival date, there is a 5% administration charge.
- less than 10 days before arrival date, there is a 10% administration charge.
- less than 7 days before arrival date, there is a one night per room cancellation fee and a 5% refund administration fee for any refunded room nights.
Cancel by sending us an e-mail with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your booking ID. If you do not have, please send the hotel name, location, guest name and relevant dates to us.
